Starting to migrate all the files from AWS to Cloudflare manually. Doing it on the same server as the API, so the latency might increase.

Created a new bucket and made it so it basically proxies the AWS bucket if the files aren't in the Cloudflare bucket. Latency will be much bigger for the first time a file has been accessed, but will reduce once it is in the Cloudflare bucket.
Validating.

The Exerra CDN will get migrated from AWS to Cloudflare. The transition should be relatively painless, however some DNS propogation issues may arise.
The maintenance will be set to 1 hour mostly for validation purposes. The CDN should work during that time.
